Purchase-procedure Guide

1. Click “Buy Now” at the bottom of the purchase page.
2. Click the cart icon at the right side of the product’s name with the viewing period you want.
3. Click “Create your account”.
4. Fill in the required information, and click “Submit”.

   Note 1: “User name” and “Password” are required when logging in to your study-page.
   Please memorize them.

   Note 2: Usernames are unable to be registered if it is already taken. The same username cannot be used if you have registered it with a previous purchase. In this case, please change it or add other characters at the end.

5. An E-mail named “Vos identifiants Catalogue - [Your name]” will be sent to you.
6. A confirmation screen of your cart will be displayed on your browser, please click “Validate the selection”.
7. The Login screen of PayPal will be displayed, please login with your PayPal account.
8. Complete the payment. （Click “Agree” or “Agree & Continue”.）
9. The payment completion screen will be displayed.
   Then, it will return to the previous screen after 10 seconds.
10. Please wait a moment after the previous screen is displayed.
    Then, you will see a “Connect to my training course” button.
11. A purchase history email will be sent to you.
    (Subject: Payment completion – an account for [Attain Online Japanese] )
12. Click “Connect to my training course” on the browser. Then, begin studying.

    ! For your next login to the study-page, please enter your “Username” and “Password” and click the “Login” button at the lower right on purchase page(https://attain-onlinejapanese.thinkific.com/).

If you forget your password

Click “Have you forgotten your password?” at the bottom-right corner of the purchase-page.
Then, click “Connect to my training course”. Another page will be displayed. Please enter the “Username” and “Email” which you have registered. Then, click the “Confirm” button. After that, an E-mail will be sent to you. Click the link in the E-mail, you can reset your new password on your browser. Please use your new password during your next login after resetting it.

A Possible countermeasures

A The best study order for our courses is as following:

Online Japanese Beginner Course
↓
Online Japanese N5 Kanji Character Course
↓
Online Japanese N5 Course

You can also start kanji course and N5 course at the same time, there is no problem.
After N5 Course, you can take Online Japanese course from N4 to N1 in order.
