These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) shall apply to the prompter rental service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by Attain Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
Customers using the Service (hereinafter referred to as “User”) shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

The rental contract shall become effective when the User applies for the Service in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company and the Company accepts the application.

1. The rental period shall be the period specified by the User at the time of application.
2. If the User wishes to extend the rental period, the User shall notify the Company in advance, and such extension shall be possible only if the Company agrees to such extension.

1. the usage fee shall be based on the fee schedule presented by the Company.
2. Payment of the usage fee shall be made by the method designated by the Company.

1. the user shall use the rental equipment with the care of a good manager.
2. In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the rental equipment, the User shall promptly report such to the Company and shall bear the repair or reimbursement costs as indicated by the Company.
3. In the event that damage to the equipment is deemed beyond repair, the user shall be responsible for reimbursing the company for the cost of purchasing new equipment. The amount to be reimbursed shall be the market price or equivalent quoted by the Company.
4. User shall not be held responsible for any deterioration or wear and tear that occurs during the rental period due to normal use of the equipment.

The User shall not engage in any of the following acts.
1. sublet or transfer the rental equipment to a third party.
2. alter or disassemble the Rental Equipment
3. use the rental equipment for purposes that are offensive to the law or public order and morals.

1. the user shall return the equipment to the location designated by the company promptly after the end of the rental period.
2. In the event of a delay in return, the User shall be obligated to pay the prescribed late fee. 2.

1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the rental equipment, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any difficulty in providing the Rental Equipment due to a natural disaster or other force majeure.

The Company shall use personal information obtained from the User only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and shall manage such information appropriately.

The Company may change the Terms of Service as necessary. The amended Terms shall become effective upon notice to the User via the Company's website or other appropriate means.

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes regarding this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.
