*Please note that the above cancellation fee will be charged to the full amount quoted for equipment, labor, etc.
*The above is based on business days.
(e.g.: Cancel on Monday by the end of Friday → 70% of the fee will be applied on the previous day.

*We may charge additional man-hours for the preparation process or if actual costs have already been incurred. Please understand this.

Operation
This refers to on-site adjustment and correction of manuscripts by experienced operators, as well as software document feed operations.

Manuscript Adjustment Fee

(We will receive the original manuscript (e.g., Word) for conversion to Prompter Software, and our experienced Prompter operators will adjust the line breaks.)
Vehicle expenses

Our operators who perform the main operations are required to have at least two years of on-site training, so you can trust us with your important scenes.

Sometimes we even find typographical errors in the manuscript and point them out to you.
